Design

Takes a spot in the construction industry as a one-stop-shop wherein all the services under it, from designing to building are being offered. The company has its own design team and construction team, both manned by proficient and skilled architects and engineers.
Interior Design, Architectural Design, Structural Design, Electrical & Plumbing Design, and Designs from conceptualization to detailing with the use of the world’s famous Computer-Aided Design Software such as Sketch-up, AutoCAD, Revit Building, Revit Architecture, ETABS, AND STAAD PRO to assure elegance, stability, and reliability of various types of structures.

Construction Management

Our approach to project delivery involves active engagement with the client to define a delivery methodology that meets the needs of the project and its specific context. We take well-established principles of project management and apply them to the required approach. We ensure compliance with governance, reporting, and business processes to establish an agreed optimal project delivery system for each project. Acts as Construction Manager or Owner’s Representative for the Construction of Building Structures. Provides Detailed Cost Estimates, Project Scheduling, Performance Evaluation, Cost Control, and Quality Assurance.

Construction Administration

Our construction administration services provide progress reports, site surveys, and review engineering designs to set your project up for success, and continually check in throughout the course of the project to ensure proper protocol is followed with each step. We have expertise with a wide range of construction administration engineering projects.
